   • No unauthorized data access

   • No system interference or hacking

4. Data Ownership: Schools own their data. We provide storage and management tools only. You may export, download, or delete anytime.

5. Service Changes: We may update features with notice. Critical changes get 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability: While we work hard to keep systems secure and data safe, we're not liable for indirect losses or damages beyond what insurance covers.

7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts for policy violations. You can cancel anytime.
